This prefabricated family house was designed in collaboration with a Slovenian company that designs and builds prefabricated wooden houses, adapted to Croatian regulations for the purpose of issuing the documentation required to build the property. The house is excellently insulated and, combined with underfloor heating and air recuperation, guarantees a comfortable stay.
